The Building Committee of the City of Solna resolved on 18 May to approve the detailed development plan for Kv.Byggmästaren for public review. The decision marks an important milestone in the development of the project and a clear step forward after the plan had remained stalled for nearly ten years.
Since Titania assumed responsibility for the project, the process has accelerated significantly. In less than one and a half years, the company has successfully advanced the detailed development plan to the review stage, underscoring the strength of Titania’s organisation and its ability to create value through efficient project development.
The project comprises high-quality architecture and urban development that meets a clear demand for modern and attractive residential environments. Titania views the continued planning process very positively and sees strong potential to realise its vision for the area.
