The detailed development plan for the transformation of Salem’s town center is open for review between 12 February and 19 March 2026. Within the plan, Titania has developed building rights in Block B, a residential block comprising approximately 100 homes.
The Municipality of Salem and, among others, Titania have been working for several years to develop the area around the current center into a more cohesive and urban town center with housing, services, and new public meeting places. Titania’s project includes a new residential block in a central location adjacent to key town center functions.

The project aligns with Titania’s focus on development in centrally located areas within the municipalities of Stockholm County. The review stage is one of the final steps in the detailed planning process before the plan can be adopted. After the review, submitted comments are compiled before the plan can proceed to the next stage in the planning process.
