About Tingstorget
In Alby in Botkyrka Municipality, south of Stockholm, the new Tingstorget has been built. The project comprises 14 point and slab blocks with a total of around 32,000 sqm of residential area distributed across roughly 740 homes. In the socially sustainable community that is taking shape here, people are at the centre.
Tingstorget is a love letter to urban life and is built for a wonderful mix of people who will live and thrive together, today and in the future.
The apartments
Tingstorget is located high up on the Alby plateau, which gives the apartments fantastic views and excellent natural light. The open-plan layouts are framed by tasteful, high-quality materials. The apartments maintain a consistently high standard, with conveniences such as balconies, combined washer/dryers and hallways with sliding-door wardrobes.
At Tingstorget there are apartments ranging in size from compact 1-room apartments from 30 sqm up to optimally planned 4-room apartments of 85 sqm. There are also a few more unique homes in the form of rooftop duplexes, loft apartments and urban townhouses.

Titania’s project on the Alby plateau has given southern Greater Stockholm a new landmark. The block has now been nominated for the Construction of the Year award.

Titania’s Tingstorget project has been nominated for the World in Property Award, which is presented at the Fastighetsgalan awards ceremony.
Transformation of a Million Programme area
In connection with the construction of Tingstorget, Titania has developed a method for transforming Million Programme areas.
Urban development in particularly vulnerable areas
Titania commissioned the analysis firm Evidens to produce a report on the effects of the new-build project Tingstorget in Alby. Among other things, the report shows a measurable increase in employment rate, economic standard and sense of security.
