In 2021 Titania won a land allocation competition organized by the City of Lidingö regarding a property of approximately 5,500 sqm GFA intended for healthcare operations, including an associated parking garage. The project is located in central Högsätra, and the land will be leased under a site leasehold agreement. Hälsans hus, like the new residential area being built in Högsätra, will be designed in a classical style. The building rights were sold to Credentia in February 2026.

About Hälsans hus
Högsätra is centrally located on Lidingö and features a residential area from the 1970s, a school, a sports area, and the old Lidingö hospital, today called Högsätrahuset. The old hospital building will be demolished to make room for Hälsans hus.
Classic architecture
What makes the new Högsätra – of which Hälsans hus is a part – so special is that it is being built in a classical style within an existing Million Programme area, where buildings and structures from the 1970s with low aesthetic value are being demolished to make room for something new. Hälsans hus in particular is also unusual, not to say unique, in offering region-funded healthcare in a building designed in a classical style.
