Titania’s zoning plan for Hallunda Gårdspark in Botkyrka Municipality was finally granted legal force in May 2024, after eight years of work.
The zoning plan covers several properties, including Hallunda 4:20, which encompasses Hallunda Gård—a manor house dating back to the 18th century. Several other buildings are part of the estate, including residential houses and utility buildings. The new zoning plan enables the development of new multi-family housing, single-family homes, and commercial premises.

About Hallunda 4:20
The property covers a total of 10 hectares and includes existing residential buildings, utility structures, and land zoned for new multi-family housing, single-family homes, and commercial premises. Hallunda Gård is one of the few manor estates in the Stockholm region that has remained in private ownership in modern times.
Before Titania acquired the property, it had been owned by the same family for several generations.
