Operational goals
- Starting in 2022, the Titania Group aims to initiate construction of at least 500 residential units per year over time.
- The Group will secure the development of at least 500 new residential building rights annually through agreements with landowners, its own land acquisitions, and in combination with municipal land allocations or planning notices.
- Rental income from residential properties shall, in the long term, constitute at least 70 percent of the Group’s total rental income.
- By the year 2027, the total property value shall amount to at least SEK 8 billion
Financial goals
- The net asset value per share attributable to common shareholders shall increase by at least 20 percent per year over an economic cycle.
- The loan-to-value ratio shall, in the long term, not exceed 70 percent relative to the market value of the Group’s assets.
- The equity ratio at the Group level shall, in the long term, not fall below 25 percent.
- The interest coverage ratio at the Group level shall, in the long term, exceed 1.5 times.
