The auditor shall examine the Company’s annual report and accounts, as well as the administration by the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer. After each financial year, the auditor shall submit an audit report for the parent company and the Group to the Annual General Meeting.
According to the Company’s Articles of Association, the Company shall have an authorized public accountant. The Company’s independent auditor is KPMG AB, with Fredrik Sjölander as the auditor in charge. In 2023, the total remuneration paid to the Company’s independent auditor amounted to SEK 500 thousand.
