In planning Kristineberg, we have taken as our starting point the fantastic conditions found in the area: the proximity to nature with forests, trails, swimming, fishing and wonderful walks. About Kristineberg
Kristineberg is located just east of Vallentuna town centre. The area is currently in an expansive phase and will be developed into a district with around 1,800 homes of various types, schools, preschools and a local district centre. Titania’s part of the project comprises 19 link-detached houses, 88 townhouses and 10 villas.
The project is designed by Sandellsandberg Arkitekter.
The area
The new district is located adjacent to central Vallentuna, between Påtåker and Bällsta. The district is one of Vallentuna’s major development areas. Once the entire area has been developed, it will contain approximately 1,800 homes, several schools, squares and playgrounds.
Large parts of the area’s beautiful rocky outcrops will be preserved. The area will open up and improve opportunities for outdoor recreation, primarily in the eastern part of the area, as well as access to the surrounding countryside and the Roslagsleden trail for both existing and new residents of Vallentuna.

A scoring system has been developed for Kristineberg in which the developers’ environmental and sustainability efforts can reach different levels based on their performance. Titania achieves the maximum score.
The outdoor district Kristineberg
The Kristineberg outdoor district is an entirely new district planned in south-eastern Vallentuna. The new district is located adjacent to central Vallentuna, between Påtåker and Bällsta. It is one of Vallentuna’s major development areas. Once the entire area has been developed, it will contain approximately 1,800 homes, several schools, squares and playgrounds.
The zoning plan for Kristineberg Stage 1 has entered into force
Work on the Kristineberg project area has been ongoing for a long time, and the first zoning plan in the area has now finally entered into force. The first stage in Kristineberg, located in the northernmost part of the area, closest to the centre, comprises approximately 800 homes – both apartments and single-family houses – as well as a playground, preschool, square, parkland and extensive natural areas.
