Titania takes the next step in the development of a new residential block in Sydvästra Stensö in Älta. On 16 February 2026, the municipal executive board of Nacka Municipality adopted the detailed development plan for the area.
Titania was awarded the project through a land allocation from the municipality in 2021 and has since been working on developing the nature‑adjacent area with housing of varied sizes. The adopted proposal includes approximately 190 residential building rights.
“It is very gratifying that the detailed development plan has now been adopted and that, together with the municipality, we can take the next step in the development of Sydvästra Stensö. The area has very high qualities, with proximity to nature, parks, and Älta town centre,” says Wojciech Wondell, COO of Titania.
Construction is planned to begin once the municipality’s first phase of street and public‑space development has been completed. Initial occupancy is expected to take place around 2029–2030.
