Titania has joined the Rågsved Property Owners Association as a new member. The overarching goal of the association is to ensure that Rågsved is a safe, pleasant, and well-functioning part of Stockholm, known for its positive reputation and strong standing.
Titania has recently established a presence in Rågsved with its newly developed property, Bjurbäcken 11.
The property comprises 206 rental apartments, a garage, and commercial premises, located just 300 meters from Rågsved’s center.
