The Municipality of Uppsala has directly appointed Titania as anchor developer for the construction of approximately 300 residential units in the Gottsunda district in southern Uppsala. Gottsunda is being transformed into a vibrant urban center with thousands of new homes and public amenities, including a new swimming facility, library, and cultural institutions.

About Gottsunda

Titania is developing approximately 300 residential units across two blocks adjacent to Gottsunda Centrum. One of the buildings will become Gottsunda’s tallest structure and a new local landmark, prominently positioned along the main thoroughfare, Gottsunda Allé. The new tram line being constructed through Gottsunda will connect the district with central Uppsala and the upcoming Uppsala Södra train station in Bergsbrunna, offering onward travel to Arlanda and Stockholm
