About Byamannen 2

Byamannen 2 consists of four tower blocks and two slab buildings. One of the tower blocks includes ground-floor commercial premises, which also house the entrance to Alby metro station. All 246 units are rental apartments, ranging in size from 30 to 99 square meters. Tenants have access to an underground garage with rentable parking spaces.

The apartments

Byamannen 2 is situated atop Albyberget, offering apartments with stunning views and excellent natural light. The units are built to a consistently high standard and include features such as balconies, combined washer-dryer units, and entrance halls with sliding-door wardrobes.
