The property comprises 206 rental apartments, a garage, and commercial premises, located just 300 meters from Rågsved’s town center and metro station. The metro ride to Stockholm’s central hub, T-Centralen, takes 22 minutes. Construction began in December 2023.

The project primarily consists of compact, space-efficient apartments. Adjacent to Titania’s block, Stockholmshem has recently completed 125 rental units.
