In the summer of 2025, Titania completed the Bjurbäcken 11 project in Rågsved. The property comprises 206 rental apartments, a garage, and commercial premises, located just 300 meters from Rågsved’s town center and metro station. The metro ride to Stockholm’s central hub, T-Centralen, takes 22 minutes. Construction began in December 2023.

The property Bjurbäcken 11 comprises 11,104 square meters of gross floor area designated for residential development, 445 square meters of commercial space, and an underground garage with 70 parking spaces. The project primarily consists of compact, space-efficient apartments. Adjacent to Titania’s block, Stockholmshem has recently completed 125 rental units.

The project forms part of the City of Stockholm’s urban planning initiative for the broader Hagsätra and Rågsved area. Within this framework, the city is planning approximately 3,000 new homes, additional preschools, parks, and spaces for services and cultural activities.
