Titania has secured a municipal land assignment with a legally binding zoning plan in Sigtuna Municipality, covering just over 7,000 square meters of gross floor area (GFA). The designated site is located adjacent to Märsta town center and the commuter train station. The project comprises approximately 91 tenant-owned apartments of varying sizes, along with an underground parking garage. The property borders the new Centralskolan, which was inaugurated in January 2018.

About Sambygget
Titania collaborated with Utopia Arkitekter AB to develop the winning proposal. The design concept for the block emphasizes social sustainability, aiming to enhance safety and well-being through thoughtful physical planning and architectural expression.

The area
The development is divided into three buildings: two structures frame and engage with Skolgatan and a newly created local street, while the third building faces the natural landscape and the pedestrian path connecting the town center to Sätunaparken. The project draws inspiration from both the original architectural forms and the surrounding natural environment.
