Project description
About Rogaland
The proposed zoning plan includes a total of 900 residential units across six new blocks along Hanstavägen and Norgegatan. The area is set to be transformed into an urban corridor featuring mixed-use buildings, commercial premises facing the street, and improved pedestrian and cycling infrastructure. Titania’s block comprises three building volumes, each 8 to 10 storeys high, connected by a two-storey base primarily housing commercial spaces at street level and apartments above.

The area
The proposal aims to strengthen the connections between Kista and Husby by transforming key public spaces into meeting points that bridge the two districts. Two existing pedestrian bridges across Hanstavägen will be preserved and integrated into the new urban structure. In addition, four new at-grade crossings are planned to give higher priority to pedestrians and cyclists over cars, contributing to a more cohesive and accessible neighborhood. Parking will primarily be accommodated in underground garages within the blocks, except for the student housing, where surface parking will be provided due to the minimal demand for parking spaces.
